Objectives: Improve machine performance - speed / drying. Standard felts are wearing out at the end of life and the mill sees a drop in PM performance. Additionally, increase felt life from 35 days to 42-49 days.

Objectives: Average life was 37 days, mill was struggling to get to 42 days. PM performance suffered as dewatering dropped off late in life. Mill was also dealing with shadow mark issues. Goal was 49 day felt life and eliminate the shadow mark.

Objective: Mill was struggling to get to 42 day felt like, averaging 33 days with a range of 21 - 42 days. Felts were seeing very high weight loss at 42 days, issues with felt base marking the sheet at end of life.
